Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of certsarea.com and to every purchase made on it. The website is run by CertsArea (operated by Savs Tech Services) (“CertsArea”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our products

CertsArea sells digital study material for professional certification exams: questions and answers in PDF and practice test software. Each product is prepared for one exam code. Our material is meant to help you prepare; it does not replace the official study resources of the certification body, and your exam result depends on your own preparation.

CertsArea is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certification vendor. Exam names, codes and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the exam a product is written for. See our Disclaimer.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login private and for all activity under your account. Please give us a valid email address: your download links and order messages are sent there.

3. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the format you choose (PDF only, or PDF with practice test software). Payment is taken by card through our payment partners at checkout; we do not store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or misuse, and if we do, any payment taken for that order is returned in full.

4. Delivery and updates

All products are delivered digitally. Your files are available in your account and by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped. Details are in our Fulfillment Policy.

If the material for your exam is updated within 180 days of your purchase, you can download the updated version at no extra cost.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Because products are digital, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete and access to the files has been given. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains when a refund applies, how to claim it and the time limits. If these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy differ on refunds, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

6. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, upload or otherwise distribute the material or your account access, in whole or in part. We may suspend access to an account that is used in breach of this licence.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design and our products are owned by CertsArea or its licensors and are protected by copyright. If you believe something on the website infringes your rights, email us at sales@certsarea.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

8. Chargebacks and fraud

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can help. You agree to cooperate with us in any investigation of a disputed payment or a claim that a product was not received.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep our material accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that it covers every question in a live exam. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of hosting, payment or email providers.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
