Hyland Certified OnBase Support Specialist, HCOSS (formerly OCSE) Certification Practice Exam

Hyland Certified OnBase Support Specialist, HCOSS (formerly OCSE) OnBase’s document management platform touches nearly every department in enterprise organizations, and the HCOSS dives deep into configuration, troubleshooting, and system optimization—not surface-level features. You’ll grapple with workflow routing logic, custom rules, and permission inheritance models that trip up candidates expecting a straightforward review of menus and buttons. The exam demands precision with OnBase’s security architecture and real-world problem scenarios that require connecting multiple system components.
